The Avopla account gives you access to many features that make easy the use of our application each time you need to book a table.

If you choose to not use avopla anymore with that account, you can close it using one of the options below:

From web:

1- Use browser and go to:https://www.avopla.com

2- Log into your Avopla account

3- Find your 'My profile' menu

4- Navigate to 'Closing account' section

5- Click on 'Close account' button

6- Confirmation screen will ask you to confirm your action.

The account closure makes you lose all access to your data.

From web:

1- Use browser and go to:https://www.avopla.com

2- Enter your email address and your password

3- Find your 'My profile' menu

From mobile app:

1- Open Avopla mobile app

2- Enter your Username and password

3- Navigate to 'Profile' menu

From web:

1- Use browser and go to:https://www.avopla.com/register

2- Fill in the register form

3- Check the Identity confirmation email (the digit code is valid for 15minutes)

4- Copy the digit code

5- Paste the digit code in the Register form

6- Once your identity is verified, your account will be ready for use

From mobile app:

1- Open Avopla mobile app

2- Go to Sign up

3- Fill in the form

4- Copy the digit code

5- Paste the digit code in the Register form

6- Once your identity is verified, your account will be ready for use

From web:

1- Use browser and go to:https://www.avopla.com/login

2- Click on 'Forgot my password' button

3- Enter your email (the email linked to your account)

4- Avopla will send you verification code to your email

5- Copy the digit code

6- Paste the digit code in the Forgot password screen

7- New screen will invite you to update your password
